Highly popular in the Australia and New Zealand markets during the late 20th century, Astina specialized in delivering rugged, highly dependable tool watches with excellent wrist presence. This model hits all the right design notes of the era, pairing an ornate dual-tone gold tachymetre bezel with a crisp white dial and a multi-window digital display.
The three-hand analog display sits beautifully over the split digital screens, offering quick access to a calendar, daily alarms, and a countdown chronograph. Fitted with a fresh battery replacement, this rugged, Kiwi-favorite daily wearer is ready for immediate action.
Condition Notes (Very Clean Neo-Vintage Survivor):
  • Aesthetic State: Excellent pre-owned condition for its age. The stainless steel case retains clean brushed facets, and the gold-tone tachymetre outer bezel displays sharp, crisp markings with only minor surface hairline scratches.
  • Dial & Crystal: White dial face and digital windows are pristine. The glass crystal provides great clarity, showing only a couple of barely noticeable surface scratches that do not impact legibility.
  • Strap/Bracelet: Original integrated stainless steel bracelet with gold-tone accents. The links show minimal stretch and comfortably fit an approximate 18cm wrist.
  • Functions: Fitted with a brand-new battery. The analog hands sweep accurately, both digital displays show zero faded segments, and the alarm/chronograph functions activate perfectly.
