Embrace unique vintage character and unmistakable retro style. This vintage Seiko Tank features a sharp, faceted case made from Seiko’s proprietary Gold Hard Alloy (GHA), giving it excellent scratch resistance and a distinct architectural profile. The standout element of this specific piece is its original mesh bracelet; over decades, the gold plating has oxidized naturally to form an incredible, iridescent rainbow patina that gives it an entirely unique look. Featuring a subtle textured champagne-gold dial with a dual-language day-date complication, this is a true conversation piece with plenty of historic soul.
Condition Notes (Good Vintage Condition):
- Case & Dial: The 30.5mm Gold Hard Alloy case remains sharp with crisp bevels and minimal wear. The gold dial face shows some honest vintage aging marks near the 12 and 2 o'clock positions, adding to its authentic retro character.
- Crystal & Performance: The faceted glass crystal shows minor surface hairlines under inspection but offers clear visibility of the hands and indices. Powered by a high-quality Seiko 5933 quartz module with a new battery installed, keeping time perfectly with smooth day-date quickset operation.
- Bracelet: Fitted on its original Seiko-signed (GA27A) mesh bracelet. The top side of the mesh has developed a spectacular, dark multi-colored oxidation patina, while the sliding buckle remains fully adjustable to fit almost any wrist size.
